TrueFrame

Cookie Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how [Legal entity name — set in Keystatic > Site info] ("we", "us", "TrueFrame by SARV") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. They are used to keep you signed in, remember settings and understand how a site is used.

2. What we use

We use only strictly necessary cookies. They are needed to run the Service and cannot be switched off in our systems:

  • Authentication and session cookies. Set by our sign-in provider, Clerk, to recognise you after you sign in, keep your session secure and protect against fraud. These are removed when you sign out or when the session expires.

We do not currently use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

3. Your choice

When you first visit, a banner lets you choose Essential only or Accept all. Today we set no optional cookies, so both choices result in the same cookies. We still record your choice, in a small cookie called sarv_consent that lasts about six months, so that if we ever add optional cookies such as analytics, they will only be set if you chose Accept all.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. If we add optional cookies in future, we will update this page first.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use the signed-in parts of the Service. Most browsers explain how to do this on their help pages.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
