Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name — set in Keystatic > Site info] ("we", "us", "TrueFrame by SARV") about your use of our website and photo-generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service turns product photos you upload into new images using automated, AI-based processing. Features, capabilities and plans may change over time, and some capabilities may be marked as upcoming and not yet available.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in credentials safe, and for everything that happens under your account. 3. Plans, credits and payment

Using the Service consumes credits. The credits included in each plan, what a credit costs and how credits renew are described on our pricing page. On monthly plans, unused credits roll over to the next month. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 6 months from purchase and then expire. Free credits are a one-time grant and do not carry over.

Fees, billing cycles, taxes and any refund terms are shown at the time you purchase. Unless the law requires otherwise or we state otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices for future periods by giving you notice.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload ("Your Content") and of the images generated from them ("Results"), as between you and us. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, copy and display Your Content and Results only as needed to run and improve the Service for you and to meet our legal obligations.

You promise that you own Your Content or have all the rights and permissions needed to upload it and to use the Results, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. Do not upload images of identifiable people without their permission.

5. About AI-generated results

Results are produced automatically and can contain errors or differ from what you expected, including small differences in shape, colour, text, logos or detail. You are responsible for reviewing every Result before you publish or sell with it, including checking that it accurately represents your product and meets the rules of any marketplace or platform where you use it. We do not guarantee that Results are unique or free from third-party rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful;
• use the Service to create misleading product listings or to misrepresent a product to buyers;
• attempt to break, probe or overload the Service, or bypass credit limits or access controls;
• reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing service;
• scrape the Service or use it in an automated way that we have not approved;
• resell or share your account access.

We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, brand names and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms give you no right to it except the right to use the Service as described here. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, for example for sign-in and file storage. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Availability and changes

We try to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We may update these Terms, and if we make material changes we will tell you; using the Service after the change means you accept it.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will continue after termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. See also our Disclaimer page.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or, if you have not paid us, to INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of Results, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [Courts city — set in Keystatic > Site info], India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
